CONTRACTUAL TERMS OF SERVICES

These Contractual Terms of Services (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the terms and conditions for access to and use of the services offered by Chimera Community LLC via the website www.chimerasd.com.

These Terms apply in addition to the website’s general Terms and Conditions and, in the event of any conflict, shall prevail exclusively with respect to the services governed by this document.

1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

These Contractual Terms govern access to and use of the associative, sporting, training, and ancillary services offered by Chimera Community LLC via the website www.chimerasd.com, including, by way of indication and without limitation:

• Membership and associative fees
• Participation in events and tournaments
• Clinics, classes, trainings, and online services
• Purchase of merchandising
• Other services announced or made available over time

Access to the Services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. MEMBERSHIP AND ASSOCIATIVE FEES

2.1 Subscription

Subscribing to a Membership grants access to the services included in the selected plan.
Certain services may be announced while not yet available; they will be activated progressively, without giving rise to any right to refunds or price reductions.

Certain plans (for example GOAT and SNAKE) include priority registration for tournaments, excluding competitive tournaments, which are subject to enhanced participant selection.

2.2 Associative fee

The Membership includes an associative fee, which is non-commercial in nature.
The associative fee is non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Chimera Community LLC.

2.3 Prices and payments

Amounts relating to the Membership and associative services are indicated on the website and/or in registration forms and are expressed in euros (€).

Payment is deemed valid only upon actual receipt of the amount by Chimera Community LLC.

2.4 Membership termination

The Membership cannot be terminated during the period between 01/12 and 01/01.

Termination is possible during the year with effect as of 31/12 of the current year.

In the event of termination:

• the user account is deactivated
• any future payments are cancelled

The Membership may be reactivated at any time only through a new payment, resulting in reactivation of the account.

2.5 Included services

Depending on the subscribed plan, the Membership may include:

• Sports insurance coverage, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy in force, by way of indication:
  • Death: €80,000
  • Permanent disability: €80,000 (deductible 5%)
  • Reimbursement of medical expenses: up to €2,000
    The effectiveness of insurance coverage may be subject to holding a medical certificate attesting fitness for sports practice, where required by applicable regulations or by the insurance terms. In the absence of medical certification, insurance coverage may be limited or not applicable, without this giving rise to any liability for Chimera Community LLC.
• Email support and, for certain plans, via Telegram or WhatsApp.
  Contact channels and response times vary depending on the selected plan.

3. EVENTS AND TOURNAMENTS

3.1 Registration, payment and validation

Registration for events and tournaments organized by Chimera Community LLC is carried out via the Chimera Community LLC website.

Following registration, the user is required to pay the registration fees within seven (7) days, according to the payment methods communicated by Chimera Community LLC (in particular via bank transfer).

As long as payment has not been received, the registration is not considered confirmed.

After registration, the user is automatically placed on a waiting list in order to allow the Chimera Community LLC staff to validate or refuse the registration, in particular depending on:

• the maximum number of participants предусмотр
• roster composition
• required skill level
• the type of tournament, in particular competitive tournaments, which are subject to enhanced selection

Registration validation is carried out by the tournament staff, who endeavor to finalize the roster as quickly as possible. However, no fixed deadline for validation or refusal is guaranteed.

The user acknowledges and accepts that:

• registration alone does not guarantee participation in the event
• payment must imperatively be made within five (5) days in order to maintain the registration
• failing payment within this period, the registration may be cancelled and the spot allocated to another participant
• final confirmation may occur later
• Chimera Community LLC shall not be held responsible for costs incurred by the user prior to confirmation (such as, by way of indication, travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses)

In the event of:

• acceptance, the registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment and the amount remains acquired
• refusal, any amount paid is refunded in accordance with the terms provided in section 3.2

Amounts relating to events and tournaments are indicated on the website or in the registration forms and are expressed in euros (€).

3.2 Waiting list and replacement

At the time of registration, the user may be invited to indicate their availability in case they are placed on the waiting list, in particular by choosing among the following options:

• acceptance of replacement regardless of the notice period
• acceptance of replacement only with a minimum notice period
• automatic withdrawal from participation in case of waiting list

These preferences are used by Chimera Community LLC to manage the waiting list and the roster.

In the event other participants withdraw:

• users who indicated availability may be contacted and added to the roster
• if no replacement is possible, the user will be refunded according to the applicable terms

If the user indicated that they do not accept participation in case of a waiting list, the registration may be automatically refused and any amount paid refunded.

Refunds related to waiting list management are processed manually and may occur before or after the event, depending on organizational constraints.

3.3 Cancellation and refunds by the user

In the event the user withdraws from an event or tournament that has already been confirmed:

In the event of a NO SHOW*, no refund is provided.

Refunds are processed manually, within an indicative period of 30 days.

*For the purposes of these Terms, a “NO SHOW” means the user’s failure to attend the event or tournament without prior written notice within the stated timeframes, or an unjustified absence at the time and place scheduled for the start of the activity.

3.4 Cancellation or modification of the event by the organizer

In the event of cancellation or modification of an event by Chimera Community LLC, the organizer may propose, at its discretion:

• a full or partial refund of the amount paid
• rescheduling of the event to a later date
• issuance of a credit usable for future events

Chimera Community LLC shall not be held responsible for indirect costs incurred by the user, such as transport, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

4. SHOP AND MERCHANDISING

4.1 Prices and payments

All merchandising prices are indicated on the website or in order forms and are expressed in euros (€).

Payment is made by bank transfer and is deemed valid only upon actual receipt of the amount.

4.2 Cancellation and refunds

A refund is possible only if the order has not yet been placed.
No refunds are provided beyond 3 months from the payment date.

4.3 Delivery

Delivery is mainly carried out during Chimera events or associated gatherings and may also be performed manually by authorized third parties.

5. CLINICS, LOTUS AND TRAINING SERVICES

5.1 Registration

Registration for clinics, classes, online meetings, or trainings is equivalent to a reservation of the service.
The corresponding amounts are indicated on the website and expressed in euros (€).

5.2 Non-attendance

In the event of non-attendance at the monthly LOTUS meeting, the service cannot be recovered for the month concerned.

For private sessions:

• only one rescheduling is allowed
• a second no-show results in the definitive loss of the service without refund

6. PHYSICAL FITNESS, MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AND INSURANCE

Participation in sporting activities organized by Chimera Community LLC requires that the participant has adequate physical fitness to safely engage in such activities.

As Chimera Community LLC is a U.S.-based entity, no mandatory medical certification is required as a condition for registration or participation. However, for safety and risk-prevention purposes, participants are strongly encouraged to provide a valid medical certificate confirming their fitness for sports practice (competitive or non-competitive).

Failure to provide such certification does not affect eligibility for registration or participation in any event or activity organized by Chimera Community LLC.

By registering, participants acknowledge and declare, under their own responsibility, that they are physically fit to participate in sporting activities.

Chimera Community LLC reserves the right to request additional health-related information where reasonably necessary to ensure participant safety but shall not use such information to discriminate or restrict access to its activities.

Any absence of medical certification may impact the scope of insurance coverage in the event of an accident. Chimera Community LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from inadequate physical condition or from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the participant.

7. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES

Chimera Community LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update the Services at any time, while respecting rights already acquired by users.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by American law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the Court of Sheridan, Wyoming.
